Azedine BESCHAOUCH<\/strong>
\nhas served as the Scientific Secretary for the ICC-Angkor since 1993. An archaeologist and heritage manager, he has been elected twice as President of the World Heritage Committee, where he also served as Rapporteur for several terms. Professor Beschaouch was a member of the World Heritage Committee from 1979 to 1993. Since 1997 he has been a member of the Academy of Inscriptions and Belles-Lettres, France.<\/div>\n<\/td>\n

Anne LEMAISTRE<\/strong>
\npursued both legal and heritage studies. She worked from 1988 to 1991 in Peru for the safeguarding of the region\u2019s cultural heritage, and from 1993 to 2004 for the International Programme for the Protection and Development of Angkor, before being appointed in 2011 as Representative of UNESCO in Cambodia.<\/div>\n<\/td>\n

Philippe DELANGHE<\/strong>
\ncompleted a Master\u2019s degree in history, archeology, and anthropology. He first joined UNESCO at its office in Jakarta, Indonesia as an expert partner for Culture at the beginning of 1994, and then assumed the role of Programme Specialist for Culture in Jakarta, Amman. Since 2007, he has served as Programme Specialist for Culture in Phnom Penh.<\/div>\n

CHAU SUN K\u00e9rya<\/strong>
\ncompleted a Master\u2019s degree in Mediation and Territorial Culture and Tourism Engineering. She was awarded in 2011 the Medal of Officer of the Order of Arts and Letters. She has represented the APSARA National Authority in the ICC-Angkor Standing Secretariat since 2005.<\/div>\n

PROM Chak<\/strong>
\nstudied geology before starting his professional career at the Ministry of Industry of Cambodia while also being involved with a local organization specializing in performing arts. He entered the UNESCO office in Phnom Penh in 2000 as a volunteer and joined the ICC-Angkor secretariat in 2007.<\/div>\n

Nou Niran<\/strong>
\nCompleted a Master (I & II) \u2019s degree in Management at the Paris Graduate School of Management and Bachelor\u2019s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management in Paris, He has joined UNESCO Office in 2015 as National Professional Officer.<\/div>\n
