7. Infrastructure: The committee recommended the following:

• From among the options put forward for the road going north up to Thailand (NR67), select the project that completely skirts the perimeter of the world heritage site and thus avoid the consequences induced by urbanization;
• Subsequently, study the conditions for implementation of the decision made with the funding agencies involved in this project, namely Thailand and South Korea.
