Recommendations by M. Francois Goven:
“The two missions coordinate work and undertake work, must be clearly separated as all the work will not be carried out by the Conservation Office. However, it is essential that all projects of work whatever they are, be submitted to the Conservation Office, which is the sole institution capable of ensuring the necessary coordination on the site.”
