Having been apprised of the detailed technical proposal presented by the World Monuments Fund for safeguarding the “Churning of the Sea of Milk” bas-relief in Angkor Wat, a masterpiece of Khmer art, the committee recommends that the ad hoc experts be consulted prior to making a decision on implementation of this proposal;
