SETTING UP AN ENVIRONMENT OBSERVATORY IN SIEM REAP:
In order to collect data and to improve analysis of the environment, the urban context and changes concerning the quality of life of the people living in Siem Reap, it is strongly recommended to set up an environment observatory under the common aegis of the APSARA National Authority and the municipality.
