2. Ta Prohm:
The group of experts expresses its satisfaction with the commitment of the Indian authorities to continue work on the Ta Prohm site by taking into account the recommendations regarding the gradual dismantling of the different stone foundations in the East Gate zone. The group of experts could appreciate the quality of the treatment of the tree cover, notably the centuries old trees, which is undertaken with due monitoring and the use of naturally based products. It is therefore recommended that the operation be continued, maintaining the balance and harmony between the monuments and the natural environment.
