1. The Technical Committee recommends that France and Japan, as well as other participating countries, support the candidacy of Cambodia during the elections of members of the World Heritage Committee which will take place during the Convention of Member States, to be held in Paris in October 1995 on the occasion of the UNESCO General Conference.
