1. The committee recommended that the ICC secretariat, in consultation with agencies specializing in areas relating to the water problem, including JICA, the AFD, the EFEO and JSA, using as a basis their own studies as well as the UNESCO records and ZEMP documents, prepare a summary report under the coordination of the APSARA Authority and submit it to the Royal Government of Cambodia, in particular to its representative, Senior Minister SOK An.
