13. Helicopter

• The Committee recommended compliance with the following fly-over guidelines: use of only one helicopter for a period of three years. After this trial period, a company will be appointed through an international tender.
• The Committee also recommended APSARA Authority to file this project for helicopter flights over the temples with the World Heritage Committee to seek its authorization to proceed.
