While expressing its satisfaction with the approach area structuring projects, the Committee recommends that the master development plan include clearly defined zoning provisions, including the social and sanitary component, allowing no possible exception, as well as clearly defined tour routes that will make it possible to manage large flows of tourists.

The overall restructuring of access to the site must not infringe upon the existing forest cover but actually include tree planting for landscape restoration purposes and putting in the botanical walkway provided for in the project.
