12. The committee recommends that the Cambodian authorities be encouraged to continue promoting the Tonle Sap Biosphere Reserve in order to keep it intact and to look into the possibility of including the projected zones of Preak Thoal, Stung Sen and Boeung Chhmar on the World Heritage List as a natural site on the basis of the exceptional values found therein;
