Encourages the teams to keep on using the methodology developed to monitor tourist typology in the three main temples and to make use of the data to design tourist flow plans.

Stresses the urgent need for the teams to take a cross-cutting approach to what they do, to stop repeating one-off initiatives over and over and to push initiatives that bring structure only if they have not produced results. That will determine the success of many future operations.
