20. ACCESSWAY TO NEAK PEAN TEMPLE:
Given that this accessway is subject to flooding and especially because this small temple is of an island nature, completely balanced in proportion, including five ponds and a central block in the middle of the baray, the ad hoc group of experts considers:
a) That when the accessway is redone, it must maintain the image of an island in water.
b) That the most appropriate solution would be to put in a wooden plank walkway on stilts, thus preserving the image of a light passageway, ruling out the use of any other material that could make it look like a roadway.
