The ad hoc group of experts appreciates the work carried out and recommends to:

a) to design a risk map based on precise investigations;
b) to put in supports and consolidate areas where there is a risk of collapse, especially the dome ceiling and entrance vault;
c) to monitor whether the damage currently observed, especially the longitudinal joint spread and uneven settlement, is progressing. Since excavation along the remains is likely to cause displacements and deformations, monitor operations carefully during that period;
d) Based on the result of previous surveys to invite a geotechnical expert to provide guidance;
e) to set up a relevant schedule and plan including technical approaches to be implemented in order to meet any unforeseen challenges in restoration when proceeding to new archaeological investigations knowing the importance of previous archaeological discoveries.
