10. Banteay Thom temple:
Based on the documents received, the Ad Hoc group of experts:
10.1 notes the actual existing severe damage impacting these three towers and the need for emergency intervention;
10.2 validates the belting of the masonry as proposed;
10.3 also validates the approach of establishing a diagnosis and an inventory of the monuments and identifying supporting soils;
10.4 requests the roof be covered with a tarpaulin or sheet metal to prevent further seepage;
10.5 finally, the experts asked to be informed of the diagnosis and restoration project and that a visit is to be organized for the next ICC to enrich the recommendations.
