4. Banteay Srei Temple

It is recalled that this temple, built in the 10th century with pink sandstone stones that made it famous, was the subject of constant monitoring by officials of ANA and more particularly by Dr Kérya Chau Sun.
As the result of the discussions and findings on the spot, it is recommended to consider that inside the third enclosure, a wooden walkway is not useful and that after interposition of geotextile, the filling between the sandstone slabs of the laterite pavement that surrounds the central sanctuary of the temple, is deemed a more appropriate solution for the visitor flow patterns.
Similarly, it is recommended to strip the access road to the temple in order to equalize its level which is slightly elevated than the monument.
